| Creating a profile is really easy. We don't ask a lot of trivial details that other sites often use to eliminate the right people for the wrong reasons. You can complete your profile during registration, or save it for later. It's a lot more important to be real than to be perfect. |

| Answer as many profile questions as possible, post at least one photo and create up with a compelling headline will help your profile get noticed. Simple: you are 14 times more likely to get noticed by other members if you post a photo. Remember to post recent photos, because it's the right thing to do and because your Member Reputation will reflect how true to your profile you actually are.
If you're here to help your friends, adding a photo will make your introductions much more powerful. Singles are more likely to respond to an introduction if they see the face behind the introduction. It also makes a difference for the singles you're introducing when they see the faces of the people helping them. |

| How do I add a photo? |

| Adding photos is really easy. From your My Home page, click the add photo’s link. Then click the Browse button and locate the photo (or photos) you wish to add. To add the photos click on the Upload Photos Button. As soon as they are approved (usually in less than 24 hours), your photos display to the entire Engage.com community. |

| What file formats do you accept? |

| Photos must be in one of the accepted formats: .jpg, .gif, or .png. Please keep the file size to 1.5 MB or less. |

| What are the guidelines for photos? |
|
| Your photo is subject to rejection if: it fails to show at least three quarteres of your face or is blurry and indistinguishable, or if it is not you - i.e., a celebrity, cartoon character, or other copyrighted image, or if we find it explicit, obscene or suggestive. Photos are subject to cropping. |

| What types of photos should I use to get noticed? |
|
| A good, up-close face shot works best for your primary photo. Make sure it's current and clear. To add depth to your profile, additional photos should be diverse, demonstrating you in many walks of life—professional, playful, outdoors, a night on the town and casual and relaxed, for example. |

| How long will it take for my photo to appear? |
|
| In order to maintain a quality site, we all photos through an approval process, which can take up to 24 hours. If the picture meets the Engage photo standards, illustrated above, we re-size your photo to really show you off, and then publish it to your profile. |

| How do I change my default picture? |
|
| After signing in, start from your home page (click on the My Home Button in the navigation bar at the top of any page), click the 'Manage your photos »' link. Select the radio button under the photo you'd like to be the primary photo, and click "Done." |

| After signing in, start from your home page, click on the photo gallery link. Select the Delete option under any photo you want to remove. |

In order to maximize responses from other members, please be sure to upload a photo and complete your profile answers. Most members only search for profiles with photos. By having a photo, your profile is more likely to be seen.
Another way to help better your chances of receiving member communication is to add one or more friends to your circle of friends. You can do this by clicking the Add Friend option at the top of any page on the site. From there, you can enter your friends' addresses. |

| In order to respond to member message, click on the ‘Reply’ button or link in the actual email you received from the member, or visit the member’s profile page and click on the email her or him link.
